Hitting Bottom

Story

Weathered layers of turquoise, pale green, and yellow spread across the surface, crossed by rust-colored grid lines and scattered marks that suggest age and texture. Dobee Snowber created this piece, titled Hitting Bottom, using mixed media to build up its worn, abstract composition.

Where it works

A cool-toned interior scene suited to living rooms and dens, and to restaurants, in a vertical format.
