Story

A woman with cascading hair rests her hand on a bicycle wheel, her figure wrapped in warm orange, gold, and cream hues typical of the poster's decorative style. The composition forms a color lithograph made in 1902 by Alphonse Mucha, a Czech artist associated with Art Nouveau and Symbolism. The print belongs to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, having entered its holdings through the Wagner Collection.
