Frequently Asked Questions

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by the weight of your order on a stepped scale, shown at checkout before you pay. Oversized and extra-large pieces ship by specialist freight carrier and carry a minimum freight charge — the exact amount appears at checkout once the piece is in your cart.

What materials are prints available on?

Works are offered as archival paper prints and gallery canvas. Some works are available on paper only, at the request of the artist or estate — where that applies, the product page shows paper options exclusively.

What framing options do you offer?

Every framed piece is built to order. Paper prints are offered in a curated range of Roma mouldings with archival matting; canvas works are offered in floater frames. See Printing & Framing for the full presentation, finishes, and size families.

What are edition tiers, and do works include a certificate?

Works are released as Open editions, Limited editions, or Originals. Limited editions and Originals include a Certificate of Authenticity documenting the work, the edition, and its provenance.

Can I order a larger size than the ones listed?

Often, yes — many works can be produced beyond the listed sizes. Send us the details through our business inquiries form and we will confirm feasibility and pricing for the piece you have in mind.

Do you have a trade program for designers and architects?

Yes — the Arteriel Trade Program offers member pricing of 30% off retail, custom sizing, and project support. Read more on our trade page or apply directly through the trade application.

What is your return policy?

Because most pieces are produced and framed to order, returns are handled case by case. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photographs of the piece and packaging and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Document the damage — photos of the artwork, the packaging, and the shipping label — and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

How should I care for my artwork?

Keep works out of direct sunlight and away from humidity; dust frames with a dry, soft cloth. Our Artwork Care page covers handling, hanging, and cleaning in detail; for substrates and framing options see Printing & Framing.
