Story
A sandy trail cuts through fields of golden wheat, winding toward a cliff above a stretch of blue sea beneath a sky filled with clouds. The composition balances warm earth tones against cool water and sky, giving a sense of open coastal air. This piece, titled Path In The Wheat at Pourville, was created by Claude Monet, a French painter and graphic artist associated with Impressionism, known also for Haystacks.
