Daylight

Story

Soft pink, white, and cream brushstrokes layer across the canvas, interrupted by dark accents that break the gentle surface. The strokes overlap in loose, abstract rhythm. Dan Hobday created this piece, titled Daylight, using these layered textures to build a quiet, nonrepresentational composition.

Where it works

Pastel artwork suited to bedrooms and living rooms, and to hotel guest rooms, in a vertical format.
