Real 2

Story

Curved lines sweep across the surface, meeting patches of cross-hatching and loose, gestural marks rendered in black and gray tones. The drawing is made in ink on light paper. Dan Hobday created this piece, titled Real 2, keeping every mark abstract rather than depicting a recognizable scene.

Where it works

Suited to living rooms and dens, and to hotel guest rooms, in a vertical format.
