Story
A field of tan, brown, and cream tones fills the canvas, built from repeating zigzag and wavy lines that echo across the surface. These interlocking patterns create a sense of rhythm and continuity throughout the composition. The piece is rendered in synthetic polymer paint on canvas, completed in 2006. It belongs to the National Gallery of Victoria. Doreen Reid Nakamarra (1955–2009) was an Australian First Nation painter.
