Story
A winged demon with green skin and a purple face stands against a black backdrop, gripping a bottle while bold yellow lettering spells out Maurin Quina. The image is a color lithograph made in 1908 by Leonetto Cappiello, an Italian-French artist who worked as a caricaturist and advertising designer. The piece, also his notable work of the same name, entered the Milwaukee Art Museum collection through a purchase fund.
