Ocean & Coastal

These works turn to open water and rocky shoreline, with sand dunes, breaking surf, and tall ships caught under shifting weather. Light does much of the work, from calm sunrise over the Maine coast to the churn of a storm-tossed sea. Together they favor wide skies, restless water, and the quiet drama of coastlines left otherwise empty.
